On April 24, 2026, our company proudly celebrated its 100th anniversary. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all our stakeholders, especially our valued customers and business partners, whose support has sustained our growth throughout the years.

This milestone year also marks the final year of our medium-term management plan, T-Link1369. To date, we have pursued the goal of achieving consolidated sales of 130 billion yen, steadily building results through the further advancement of four key growth strategies—Global, Medical, Automation, and Original—centered on expanding our existing businesses. At the same time, we have embraced innovation in our business models through initiatives in Mobility, Materials, Energy Solutions, and DX promotion.

Our 100th anniversary is not only an opportunity to reflect on our journey thus far, but also a new starting line for the future.
